CRP、IL-6、WBC联合检测对呼吸系统细菌性感染疾病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞计数(WBC)联合检测对呼吸系统细菌性感染疾病的诊断价值研究。方法:回顾性分析2022年11月~2022年12月我院收治的90例呼吸系统感染性疾病患儿的临床资料。将上述患儿中63例细菌感染患儿分为细菌感染组,将上述患儿中27例病毒或其他病原体感染患儿分为非细菌感染组。检测所有患儿的CRP、IL-6、WBC,比较两组患儿的CRP、IL-6、WBC水平,分析各指标水平对小儿呼吸系统感染性疾病的诊断价值。结果:细菌感染组患儿的IL-6、CRP、WBC水平与非细菌感染组比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。CRP、IL-6、WBC以及联合检测在细菌感染组患儿中的阳性率分别为82.54%、79.37%、58.73%/88.89,CRP、IL-6、WBC以及联合检测在非细菌感染组患儿中的阳性率分别为48.15%、29.63%、33.33%、65.52%,两组间比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。CRP、IL-6、WBC联合检测诊断呼吸系统细菌性感染疾病的敏感度、特异度分别为66.67%,69.84%。结论:CRP、IL-6、WBC联合检测诊断呼吸系统细菌性感染疾病具有一定评估价值。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and white blood cell count(WBC)combined detection in respiratory bacterial infections.Methods:The clinical data of 90 children with respiratory infectious diseases admitted to our hospital from November 2022 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.63 children with bacterial infection were divided into bacterial infection group,and 27 children with virus or other pathogens were divided into non-bacterial infection group.The levels of CRP,IL-6 and WBC in all the children were detected,and the levels of CRP,IL-6 and WBC in the two groups were compared,and the diagnostic value of each index level for respiratory infectious diseases in children was analyzed.Results:There were significant differences in IL-6,CRP and WBC levels between the bacterial infection group and the non-bacterial infection group(P<0.05).The positive rates of CRP,IL-6,WBC and combined detection were 82.54%,79.37%and 58.73%/88.89,respectively.The positive rates of CRP,IL-6,WBC and combined detection in the non-bacterial infection group were 48.15%,29.63%,33.33%and 65.52%,respectively,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of CRP,IL-6 and WBC were 66.67%and 69.84%,respectively.Conclusion:CRP,IL-6,WBC combined detection has a certain value in the diagnosis of respiratory bacterial infection.
