无水、半水石膏晶须用于瓦楞纸加填的对比研究

摘  要:研究对比了半水、无水两种石膏晶须在瓦楞纸中的加填应用效果,发现相比半水石膏晶须,无水石膏晶须在水中溶解度明显更低,因而用于纸张加填时保留率更好。加填量为5%时,无水石膏晶须可以明显改善纸张强度性能,但进一步增加填料用量,纸张强度下降;半水石膏晶须用于纸张加填时,随着加填量增加,纸张强度性能呈逐渐下降趋势;同等填料用量下,无水石膏晶须加填纸张的强度性能更好。阳离子淀粉应用可以改善加填石膏晶须纸张的强度性能,而且相比对半水石膏晶须加填纸张的增强效果更好。相关研究为磷石膏晶须更好地用于纸张加填提供了数据和理论支持。Application effects of anhydrous and hemihydrate gypsum whiskers used in corrugated paper as fillers was compared.It was found that compared to hemihydrate gypsum whiskers,anhydrous gypsum whiskers have significantly lower solubility in water,resulting in better retention when used as paper fillers.Anhydrous gypsum whiskers can significantly improve the strength performance of the paper at the dosage of 5%,but will decrease the strength of the paper when further increasing the dosage of filler.The strength of paper will gradually decrease with the filling of hemihydrate gypsum whiskers in paper.At the same dosage paper filled with anhydrous gypsum whiskers has better strength performance than paper filled with hemihydrate gypsum whiskers.The application of cationic starch can improve the strength performance of paper filled with gypsum whiskers.Paper filling hemihydrate gypsum whiskers can better be reinforced by cationic starch comparing with anhydrous gypsum whiskers.The relevant research can provide data and theoretical support for the best application of phosphorgypsum whiskers as fillers in paper.
