高纯度三(2-乙基己酸)甘油酯的合成工艺研究

摘　　要：为得到高纯度的三(2-乙基己酸)甘油酯,采用直接酯化法合成三(2-乙基己酸)甘油酯,研究了酯化反应中酸醇投料比、反应温度、反应时间以及催化剂用量对三(2-乙基己酸)甘油酯含量的影响。结果表明,在2-乙基己酸与甘油物质的量比3.4∶1,反应温度200℃,反应时间4 h,催化剂用量0.3%的条件下,可得到较高的酯化转换率,甘油三酯含量为96.02%。In order to obtain higher purity 2-ethylhexanoic acid,esterification was used to synthesize 2-ethylhexanoic acid,the effects of feed ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and amount of catalyst on the content of 2-ethylhexanoic acid in esterification were studied.The results showed that the higher esterification conversion could be obtained under the conditions of the molar ratio of 2-ethylhexanoic acid to glycerol was 3.4∶1,reaction temperature was 200℃,reaction time was 4 h and catalyst dosage was 0.3%,the triglyceride level was 96.02%.
