摘  要:采用吹扫捕集/气相色谱冷原子荧光光谱(PT-GC-AFS)法检测水质样品中甲基汞和乙基汞,根据测定结果分析方法的标准曲线相关系数、检出限、精密度和准确度等性能参数。实验结果表明,PT-GC-AFS法测定甲基汞和乙基汞时,甲基汞和乙基汞含量在0.0~1000 pg范围内线性关系较好;PT-GC-AFS法测定甲基汞的检出限为0.002 ng/L,测定下限为0.008 ng/L,乙基汞的检出限为0.003 ng/L,测定下限为0.012 ng/L;PT-GC-AFS法测定水样的甲基汞和乙基汞精密度在1.3%~8.0%,满足标准方法要求的≤20%;PT-GC-AFS法的实际样品加标回收测试中,加标回收率范围为90.2%~98.0%,满足标准方法要求。PT-GC-AFS法测定甲基汞和乙基汞标准样品的总体相对误差范围为-3.7%~4.7%,表现出较高的准确度。PT-GC-AFS法测定能够满足常规水质中甲基汞和乙基汞的检测需求。The purge and trap/gas chromatography cold atomic fluorescence spectrometry(PT-GC-AFS)method is used to detect methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in water quality samples.Analyze the standard curve correlation coefficient,detection limit,precision,and accuracy performance parameters of the method based on the measurement results.The experimental results showed that when using PT-GC-AFS method to determine methyl mercury and ethyl mercury,the linear relationship between the content of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury is good within the range of 0.0 pg to 1000 pg.The detection limit of methyl mercury is 0.002 ng/L,the lower limit of determination is 0.008 ng/L,the detection limit of ethyl mercury is 0.003 ng/L,and the lower limit of determination is 0.012 ng/L.The precision of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in water samples measured by PT-GC-AFS method ranges from 1.3% to 8.0%,meeting the standard method requirements of≤20%.In the actual sample spiking recovery test,the spiking recovery rate ranges from 90.2% to 98.0%,meeting the requirements of the standard method.The relative error range for the determination of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury standard samples using the PT-GC-AFS method is-3.7% to 4.7%,and the PT-GC-AFS method shows high accuracy.The PT-GC-AFS method can meet the detection requirements of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in conventional water quality.
