摘  要:为了解决往复式压缩机在传统气量调节方法中存在的安全性差、经济性不佳、调节响应速度慢等问题,本研究采用了HydroCOM系统的无级调节技术作为改进方案,对往复式压缩机进行详细的改造和优化研究。通过安装传感器和控制器,实时采集压缩机运行过程中的状态数据,并利用液压执行器调节进气阀的开启和关闭时间,从而实现对排气量的连续调节和节能。研究结果表明,采用HydroCOM系统进行往复式压缩机改造实现了连续、经济、高效、快捷和精确的气量调节。改造后的压缩机在运行过程中能耗节省达到了40%以上,同时还提高了系统的可靠性和稳定性。本研究具有重要的实际意义,为石化生产中压缩机的工作效率提升、运行成本降低和环境保护等方面提供了有力支持。通过对往复式压缩机气量调节技术的深入研究和实践,进一步推动了该领域技术的发展和创新。In order to solve the problems of poor safety,low economy,and slow response speed in traditional gas volume regulation methods for reciprocating compressors,this study adopts the stepless regulation technology of the HydroCOM system as an improvement plan,and carries out detailed transformation and optimization research on reciprocating compressors.By installing sensors and controllers,real-time data on the compressor's operating state is collected,and the opening and closing times of the intake valve are adjusted using hydraulic actuators,thereby achieving continuous exhaust volume adjustment and energy saving.The research results show that the transformation of the reciprocating compressor using the HydroCOM system achieves continuous,economical,efficient,fast,and precise gas volume adjustment.Compared with traditional regulation methods,the energy consumption of the transformed compressor during operation has been reduced by more than 40%,while also improving the system's reliability and stability.This study has significant practical significance,providing strong support for improving the working efficiency of compressors in petrochemical production,reducing operating costs,and protecting the environment.Through in-depth research and practice of reciprocating compressor gas volume regulation technology,it further promotes the development and innovation of technology in this field.
