摘 要:分析和简述了目前工业生产中常用的氢气纯化技术,概括了氢气纯化技术的应用现状。通过分析比较,结合电解水制氢装置所产原料氢气的特点,确定催化脱氧加变温吸附技术路线更适合于电解水制氢撬装纯化装置。该技术路线流程短、自动化程度高、易于集成撬装、可用产品气作为再生气、对吸附床层无污染,特别适用于含微量杂质的脱除和气体提纯过程。The hydrogen purification technology in industrial production is analyzed,and the application status of hydrogen purification technology is described.Through analysis and comparison,the method of catalytic deoxidation and temperature swing adsorption is more suitable for hydrogen purification device,combined with the characteristics of raw hydrogen produced by water electrolysis.The technical route is short,high level of automation,and easy to be made into modular device.The product gas can be used as a regenerative gas,so adsorption bed will not be pollution-free.It is especially suitable for the removal of trace impurities and gas purification process.
