摘  要:因尿素工艺特性,原料不能完全反应生成尿素。在合成液提纯过程中需要对合成液减压精馏,大量气体从液相中溢出,形成气液两相流。本文结合工艺简单介绍尿素装置中出现气液两相流的位点,并简略分析输送气液两相流介质引起管道的振动原因及其危害。同时,结合实际案例分析尿素装置中气液两相流管道设计过程中需注意的事项。Due to the characteristics of the urea process,the feedstock cannot be completely reacted to synthesize urea.after synthesis reaction,the synthesis mixtrue solution need be reduced pressure during process of purification,and a large amount of gas spilled from liquid phase,so the gas-liquid two-phase flow is formed.This paper briefly introduces the site of the two-phase flow in the urea unit according to process,and simply analyzes the causes of vibration of the gas-liquid two-phase flow pipeline.At the same time,some precautions are offered during piping design of gas-liquid two-phase flow in urea unit in conjunction with actual case.
