摘  要:煤矿粉尘是矿井的五大灾害之一,不仅危害职工的身体健康,而且可能引起煤尘爆炸等安全事故,为矿井带来难以估量的损失。随着煤矿机械化程度提高,粉尘问题益发突出,为进一步加强煤矿作业场所职业危害防治工作,改善作业环境,保护职工的身体健康,减少粉尘事故隐患,同时为了实现无尘化-低尘化矿井,研发了一种新型粉尘捕捉剂,同时在矿井综合防尘的基础上,采用物理化学抑尘新技术,强化源头喷雾效果,提高清水的降尘特性。该种新型粉尘捕捉剂在陕西榆林某矿20101工作面现场应用,结果表明新型粉尘捕捉剂对综采工作面抑尘具有良好效果。Coal mine dust is one of the five disasters in the mine,not only harm the health of workers,but also may cause coal dust explosion and other safety accidents,bring incalculable loss to the mine.With the improvement of the degree of mechanization in coal mines,dust problems become increasingly prominent.In order to further strengthen the prevention and control of occupational hazards in coal mines,improve the working environment,protect the health of workers,and reduce the hidden dangers of dust accidents,meanwhile realize dust-free and low-dust mine,a new dust catcher is developed.At the same time,on the basis of comprehensive dust prevention in mine,the new technology of physical and chemical dust suppression is adopted to strengthen the source spray effect and improve the dust removal characteristics of clean water.The new dust catcher has been applied in 20101 working face of a mine in Yulin,Shaanxi Province.The results show that the new dust catcher has good effect on dust suppression in fully mechanized mining face.
