摘　　要：目的:分析NNN-链接护理模式改善高龄无痛胃镜检查术患者睡眠质量的价值。方法:选取2020年9月至2022年8月泉州第一医院内窥镜科收治的接受无痛胃镜检查术高龄患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。观察组给予NNN-链接护理模式干预,对照组给予常规护理模式干预。采用睡眠障碍量表(SDRS)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,同时比较2组患者干预前后检查时间、检查时平均心率、平均呼吸频率以及平均收缩压的差异,并比较2组患者各类并发症(呛咳、呕吐等)的发生率,采用院内自制量表评估2组患者护理满意度。结果:护理后观察组SDRS评分显著低于对照组,观察组患者检查时间、心率、呼吸频率和血压均低于对照组,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,观察组患者护理满意率和满意度均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:将NNN-链接护理干预模式应用于高龄无痛胃镜检查术患者中,能够明显提高患者的睡眠质量,缩短患者检查时间,稳定检查期间患者血流动力学指标,降低并发症发生率,有助于和谐护患关系的构筑,具有较好的推广应用价值。Objective:To study the value of NNN-linked nursing model on improving sleep quality in elderly patients undergoing painless gastroscopy.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients who received painless gastroscopy in the Endoscopy Department of Quanzhou First Hospital from September 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random number table method.The observation group was given NNN-linked nursing mode intervention,and the control group was given conventional nursing mode intervention.The Sleep Dysfunction Rating Scale(SDRS)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality of the two groups before and after intervention,the differences in examination time,average heart rate,average respiratory rate and average systolic blood pressure of the two groups before and after intervention,and the incidence of various complications(cough,vomiting,etc.)between the two groups were compared.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was assessed by self-made scale in hospital.Results:After nursing,SDRS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,examination time,heart rate,respiratory rate and blood pressure in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction rate and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significant higher in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The application of NNN-link nursing intervention mode in elderly patients with painless gastroscopy can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients,shorten the examination time of patients,stabilize the hemodynamic indexes of patients during examination,reduce the incidence of complications,contribute to the construction of harmonious nurse-patient relationship,and have good application v
