分析规范化干预性护理对甲亢合并糖尿病患者心理状态、睡眠质量及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析探究规范化干预性护理对甲亢并发糖尿病患者心理状态、睡眠质量以及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2021年8月至2023年1月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的甲亢并发糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50),对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加规范化护理干预,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较2组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁状态的改善效果,并比较2组患者干预前后的护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分均显著低于对照组,观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对甲亢合并糖尿病患者实施规范化护理干预,能有助于改善其焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者的睡眠质量,且有助于构建和谐护患关系,具有较好的推广应用价值。Objective:To analyze and explore the effects of standardized intervention nursing on mental state,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes.Methods:A total of 100 patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes admitted to the Affiliated People′s Hospital of Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was added standardized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality of the two groups before and after the intervention.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to compare the improvement effects of anxiety and depression in the two groups before and after intervention,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after intervention was compared.Results:After intervention,PSQI scores,HAMA scores and HAMD scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized nursing intervention for patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes can help to improve their anxiety and depression,improve their sleep quality,and help to build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship,which has good application value.
