摘　　要：目的:分析基于Khorana评估表评估护理对淋巴瘤经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管(PICC)患者睡眠质量及生命质量的影响。方法:选取2020年4月至2021年9月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的淋巴瘤PICC患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组基于Khorana评估表评估护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预,比较2组护理效果、护理前后睡眠质量、疼痛评分和生命质量评分改善情况。结果:观察组患者睡眠质量、疼痛评分以及生命质量评分改善均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:基于Khorana评估表评估护理能有效提高淋巴瘤PICC患者睡眠质量及生命质量,减轻患者疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effects of nursing care assessment based on Khorana assessment form on sleep quality and quality of life in patients with lymphoma PICC.Methods:A total of 80 patients with lymphoma PICC treated in our hospital from April 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group(40 cases,nursing intervention was evaluated based on Khorana evaluation form)and the control group(40 cases,conventional nursing intervention was used),and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The evaluation of nursing effect included the improvement of sleep quality,pain score and quality of life score before and after the intervention.Results:Sleep quality,pain score and quality of life score in observation group were significantly better than those in reference group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing evaluation based on Khorana assessment form can effectively improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients with lymphoma PICC,and reduce the pain degree of patients Which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
