观察人文关怀对中晚期肿瘤患者焦虑/抑郁指数、生命质量及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察人文关怀对中晚期肿瘤患者焦虑/抑郁指数、生命质量及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年5月湖南省郴州市湘南学院附属医院收治的中晚期肿瘤患者102例作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同分为观察组(n=57)和对照组(n=45),对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予人文关怀护理干预。采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较2组患者干预前后抑郁、焦虑情况的变化,采用生命质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)比较2组患者干预前后生命质量的变化,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化。结果:护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均有所降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后,2组患者GQOLI-74评估表的4个维度评估结果均有所上升,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后,2组患者PSQI评分均有所降低,且观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀护理对中晚期肿瘤患者的焦虑/抑郁指数、生命质量及睡眠质量均有着良好的作用和积极的影响,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To observe the effects of humanistic nursing on anxiety/depression index,quality of life and sleep quality in patients with advanced tumor.Methods:A total of 102 patients with middle and advanced tumor admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xiangnan University in Chenzhou City,Hunan Province from June 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(n=57)and control group(n=45).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given humanistic nursing intervention.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to compare the changes of the situation of depression and anxiety before and after intervention.GQOLI-74 was used to compare the changes of Quality of life before and after the intervention,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after the intervention.Results:After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P s<0.05).After nursing,the evaluation results of 4 dimensions of GQOLI-74 evaluation table in 2 groups were increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance between 2 groups(P s<0.05).After nursing,PSQI score of 2 groups was decreased,and PSQI score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistical significance between 2 groups(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic nursing has a positive effect on anxiety/depression index,quality of life and sleep quality of patients with middle and advanced tumors,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
