摘 要:针对目前采煤机截割机构工作时截齿和摇臂易变形、可靠性差的问题,利用ANSYS仿真分析软件对采煤机截割机构工作时的受力状态进行仿真分析,获取采煤机截割机构在受力状态下的应力、应变及振型特性,为优化采煤机截割机构、提高采煤机截割稳定性奠定基础。Aiming at the current situation that the cutting mechanism of coal mining machine is easy to be deformed and the reliability is poor,ANSYS simulation and analysis sofware is used to simulate and analyse the working state of the ctting mechanism of coal mining machine,and the stress,strain and vibration characteristics of the cutting mechanism of the coal mining machine are obtained,which lays a foundation for the optimization of the cutting mechanism of the coal mining machine and the improvement of the stability of the cutting mechanism of the coal mining machine.
