摘  要:对三螺杆泵各主要间隙对泄漏量的情况进行理论分析,建立平衡盘和前端盖之间的间隙泄漏量在总流量中的比例值模型,同时利用SolidWorks Flow Simulation软件模拟分析了三螺杆泵7种平衡盘间隙在7种黏度情况下通过平衡盘间隙的泄漏情况。模拟结果表明,不同平衡盘间隙尺寸在不同的黏度条件下对泄漏量有着不同的影响。在保证螺杆泵正常工作的条件下,同时考虑机械密封所需的冷却介质量,平衡盘的间隙尺寸在不同的黏度条件下范围值是不等的,需要根据介质黏度进行一定的划分。Theoretical analysis of the three-screw pump leakage of the main gaps,the establishment of the gap between the balance disc and the front cover leakage in the total flow rate of the proportional value of the model,and the use of SolidWorks Flow Simulation software simulation and analysis of the three-screw pump seven kinds of balance disc gap in seven viscosity conditions through the balance disc gap leakage.The simulation results show that different balance disc gap sizes have different effects on the leakage under diferent viscosity conditions.Under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of the screw pump,and also considering the amount of cooling medium required for the mechanical seal,the range value of the balance disc gap size is not equal under different viscosity conditions,which needs to be divided according to the medium viscosity in a certain way.
