摘  要:钛合金材料广泛应用于航空航天制造领域,由于钛合金的材料属性导致钛合金加工困难,针对钛合金进行切削仿真分析时,需要考虑其本身材料的加工特点,且切削仿真中涉及的有限元网格模型建立、材料本构关系、刀与屑之间的摩擦和材料失效准则等关键技术,ABAQUS仿真软件都具有且可以完美实现,因此利用ABAQUS软件进行钛合金的切削仿真的同时也可以利用ABAQUS仿真软件进行切削力、切削温度的分析。Titanium alloy materials are widely used in aerospace manufacturing field,due to the material properties of titanium alloys lead to titanium alloy machining dificulties,for titanium alloys cutting simulation analysis,you need to take into account the characteristics of its own material,but machining,and cutting simulation involved in the finite element mesh model establishment,the material constitutive relationship,the friction between the knife and the chip,and the material failure criterion,and other key technologies,ABAQUS simulation software have and can be perfectly achieved.ABAQUS simulation software has and can be perfectly achieved,so the use of ABAQUS software for titanium alloy cutting simulation is very suitable at the same time can also use ABAQUS simulation software for cutting force,cutting temperature analysis.
