架空乘人装置断绳抓捕器性能模拟分析

摘  要:架空乘人装置是煤矿开采中重要的输送设备,采用断绳抓捕器可以提高架空乘人装置的安全性,避免因钢丝绳断裂产生的意外事故。针对架空乘人装置的特点设计了楔形断绳抓捕装置,并采用ANSYS及Adams分别进行静力学及动力学性能分析。结果表明,所设计的断绳抓捕装置具有较好的静力学性能,具有较高的安全冗余,采用断绳抓捕装置能够在较短的时间内让钢丝绳达到静止状态,满足快速抓捕的需求。Overhead passenger device is an important conveyor equipment in coal mining,and the use of broken rope catcher can improve the safety of overhead passenger device and avoid accidents caused by wire rope breakage.A wedge-shaped rope breakage arresting device is designed for the characteristics of the overhead passenger device,and ANSYS and Adams are used to analyse the static and dynamic performance respectively.The results show that the designed broken rope catching device has better static mechanical performance and higher safety redundancy,and the use of broken rope catching device can make the wire rope reach the static state in a shorter time to meet the demand of rapid catching.
