摘　　要：基于煤矿带式输送机基本结构特征,运用仿真分析方法构建带式输送机仿真模型,以此为基础实施带式输送机动力学仿真分析,根据分析结果介绍一种新型制动油缸设计方案,并为验证此方案的应用价值,将新型自动油缸设计方案应用于工程实践。Based on the basic structural characteristics of the coal mine belt conveyor,the simulation analysis method is used to construct the simulation model of the belt conveyor,based on which the dynamic simulation analysis of the belt conveyor is carried out,and according to the results of the analysis,a new type of brake cylinder design scheme is introduced,and in order to validate the application value of this scheme,the new type of automatic cylinder design is applied to engineering practice.
