摘 要:结合实际井下开采工作而言,带式输送机在实际的运行中存在故障频率、低效率和高能耗的问题,不利于提高井下的开采效率,需要在当前信息技术不断发展的背景下,借助仿真模拟对带式运输机进行动力学模型的构建,进而分析具体的动力学性能,提高设备的运距、运量和带速。如何做好井下带式运输机的动力学性能分析,也成为当前煤矿运输工作中需要考虑的问题。为此,对带式输送机动力学模型的构建分析,然后对制动过程进行动力学模拟,最后落实动态过程的计算机仿真试验,以期满足井下生产对运输机的需要。Combined with the actual underground mining work,the belt conveyor in the actual operation of the fault frequency,low efficiency and high energy consumption problems,is not conducive to improving the efficiency of underground mining,the need for information technology in the context of the continuous development of the curent,with the help of simulation simulation of the belt conveyor for the construction of the dynamics model,and then analyse the specific dynamics of peformance,to improve the distance,capacity and speed of the equipment.How to do a good job in analysing the dynamic performance of underground belt conveyor has also become a problem to be considered in the curent coal mine transport work.For this reason,the construction of the dynamic model of the belt conveyor is analysed,then the braking process is dynamically simulated,and finally the computer simulation test of the dynamic process is implemented,with a view to meeting the needs of underground production on the conveyor.
