摘 要:振动筛是煤矿生产的关键机械设备,在恶劣环境中容易发生结构损坏。利用有限元分析计算技术建立了煤矿组合振动筛的有限元模型,对整个振动筛筛箱进行了模态特征分析和静态分析,得到了前15阶的自然频率和模态形状,揭示了静载下振动筛筛箱各部分应力和变形的分布规律,为筛箱结构的改进设计和研究提供了必要依据。Vibrating screen is a key mechanical equipment for coal mine production,which is prone to structural damage in harsh environments.The finite element model of coal mine combined vibrating screen was established by using finite element analysis and computational technology,and the modal characterisation and static analysis of the whole vibrating screen box were carried out to obtain the first 15 orders of natural frequencies and modal shapes,which revealed the distribution of stress and deformation of each part of the vibrating screen box under static loading,and provided a necessary basis for the improvement of the design of the screen box structure and the research.
