摘  要:利用泵工况实时监测机组运行状态,并采取相应的措施让机组运行在合理区,是提高机组寿命的常规办法。随着非标机组应用越来越广泛、定制化井下工具相关技术的不断发展,常规双压力测试通路泵工况,仅仅能检测井下机组的进口压力与出口压力,已经不能满足产业日益发展的需求。基于此,开发一种具有压力监测及底端扶正作用的水力锚-泵工况仪系统,克服投捞机组作业时水力锚压力水平难以直观测量、泄压情况难以判断的问题,其在检测机组进口压力和出口压力的同时,能够对水力锚内部的压力水平进行监测,并起到扶正的作用。The use of pump condition to monitor the operating status of the unit in real time and take corresponding measures to make the unit operate in a reasonable zone is a conventional way to improve the life of the unit.With the application of non-standard units becoming more and more widespread and the continuous development of technologies related to customised downhole tools,the conventional dual pressure test access pump operating conditions,which can only detect the inlet pressure and outlet pressure of downhole units,can no longer meet the needs of the increasing development of the industry.Based on this,a hydraulic anchor-pump conditioner system with pressure monitoring and botom-end correction is developed to overcome the problems of dificult to visually measure the pressure level of hydraulic anchors and dificult to judge the pressure relief situation during the operation of salvage units,which can monitor the pressure level inside the hydraulic anchors while detecting the unit inlet pressure and the unit outlet pressure and play a role in correcting the pressure level.
