摘 要:为进一步提升离心鼓风机的效率,解决其内部复杂流场效率低的问题,基于SolidWorks软件构建三维模型并导入CFD软件经网格划分得出数值模拟仿真模型;通过数值模拟仿真结果与实验测试结果进行对比验证模型的准确性;最后,基于所构建的模型对离心鼓风机的叶片数量和叶片出口角度进行优化。In order to further improve the efficiency of the centrifugal blower and solve the problem of low efficiency of the complex flow field inside the centrifugal blower,a three-dimensional model is constructed based on SolidWorks software and imported into CFD software to obtain a numerical simulation model through meshing;the accuracy of the model is verified through the comparison of the numerical simulation results and experimental results;finally,the number of blades and blade outlet angle are optimized for the centrifugal blower based on the constructed model.Finally,based on the constructed model,the number of blades and blade outlet angle of centrifugal blower are optimized.
