摘 要:为了解决巷道支护方案不合理造成的围岩变形大或者支护成本高的问题,以某矿为背景,利用数值模拟软件,对不同支护参数下巷道的围岩状况进行模拟研究,首先对不同锚杆长度下巷道围岩塑性区分布情况进行模拟研究,发现当锚杆的长度大于2200 mm时,此时的巷道顶帮锚杆均能发挥一定的支护作用,支护效果能够满足要求,所以设计锚杆长度时应当大于2200 mm。同时对不同间排距下巷道围岩变形情况进行分析,发现当锚杆间排距为900 mm、900 mm时,此时的巷道控制效果与经济效益综合分析最佳,为巷道的支护及矿井的降本增效提供一定的参考。In order to solve the problem of high peripheral rock deformation or high cost of support caused by irrational roadway support scheme,a mine as the background,using numerical simulation software,simulation study on the peripheral rock condition of the roadway under different support parameters,first of all,simulation study on the distribution of the peripheral rock plastic zone in the roadway under diferent lengths of anchors,and it is found that when the length of the anchors is greater than 2,200 mm,then the top top of the roadway anchor can play a certain supporting role,and the support effect can meet the requirements,so the design can meet the requirements.At the same time,the deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway under different row spacing was analysed,and it was found that when the row spacing of anchor rods was 900 mm x900 mm,the control effect of the roadway at this time was the best with the comprehensive analysis of the economic benefits,which provided certain references for the support of the roadway and the reduction of the cost of the mine and increase the efficiency.
