摘 要:针对官地矿选煤厂粗煤泥分选系统存在的粗精煤泥灰分高、回收率低等问题,结合官地矿选煤厂粗煤泥分选工艺,分析造成TBS分选效果不佳的主要原因,并提出了将大直径分级旋流器与TBS配合使用的优化方案,从而改善TBS的入料工况,降低TBS精矿灰分,实现TBS的高效分选,提高精煤产率。Aiming at the problems of high ash content and low recovery rate in the coarse coal slurry sorting system of Guandi Mine Coal Preparation Plant,combining with the coarse coal slurry sorting process of Guandi Mine Coal Preparation Plant,we analyse the main reasons for the poor sorting effect of TBS,and put forward the proposal of using large-diameter classification cyclone in combination with TBS,so as to improve the feeding condition of TBS,reduce the ash content of TBS concentrate,achieve the high-efficiency sorting of TBS and improve the yield of fine coal.The efficiency of TBS sorting can be achieved by reducing the ash content of TBS concentrate and improving the yield of fine coal.
