摘  要:永红煤矿3401工作面采煤机喷雾降尘装置内喷雾系统无法正常使用,导致采煤机截割作业时粉尘浓度过大,严重危害到作业工人的身体健康。对该采煤机喷雾降尘装置进行了提高外喷雾压力大于8 MPa的优化改进方案,其在实现高压喷雾降尘的同时还能为电机冷却系统提高冷却水。实践应用效果表明,对比优化改进前,优化改进后采煤区域各测点粉尘质量分数可降低70%左右,粉尘治理效果理想,实现了预期目标。The internal spraying system of the coal miner spraying and dust reduction device in the working face of 3401 in Yonghong Coal Mine is not working properly,which leads to excessive dust concentration during the cutting operation of the coal miner and seriously endangers the health of the workers.The coal mining machine spray dust reduction device to improve the external spray pressure greater than 8 MPa optimisation and improvement of the scheme,in the realization of high-pressure spray dust reduction at the same time can also improve the cooling water for the motor cooling system,the practical application results show that:compared with the optimization and improvement of the pre-optimization and improvement of the optimization and.improvement of the coal mining area after the measurement of the concentration of dust can be reduced by 70%or so,the dust management effect is ideal,and to achieve the desired goal.
