选煤厂浅槽重介分选机运行现状分析及其优化改造研究

摘　　要：针对选煤厂所用浅槽重介分选机存在底部滑道易磨损,时常需更换配品配件,洗选效率较难提升等问题,基于浅槽重介分选机运行情况,提出了把浅槽重介分选机底部链条与滑道的摩擦传动改为链条与链轮的滚动传动的改造方案,实际应用结果表明:经改进优化后,每年每台浅槽分选机运行成本可降低115548元,节约了设备维修成本,工人劳动强度更低,安全隐患更少,运行效率更高,更节能环保,取得了较好的应用效果。For the shallow trench heavy media separator used in coal processing plant,there are shortcomings such as the bottom chute is easy to wear,need to replace the accessories from time to time,and it is difficult to improve the efficiency of washing,etc.Based on the operation of the shallow trench heavy media separator,it proposes to change the friction drive of the chain and chute at the bottom of the shallow trench heavy media separator into the transformation program of the chain and chain wheel's rolling drive,and the results of the practical application show that:after improvement and optimization,the operating cost can be reduced by 11,554 yuan per year per shallow trench sizer,saving the maintenance of equipment.Running costs can be reduced by 115,548 yuan,saving equipment maintenance costs,lower labor intensity of workers,less safety hazards,higher operating efficiency,more energy-saving and environmentally friendly,and better application results have been achieved.
