摘 要:针对矿井通风系统无法实现对运行状态自动监测和调整,运行稳定性差的问题,提出了一种新的矿井通风运行稳定性监测系统。以多传感器监测为基础,以智能通风调整和故障检测为核心,实现了对矿井通风机运行状态的自动检测、故障定位。根据在煤矿井下的实际应用表明,新的矿井通风监测系统能够将风机运行故障降低88.4%,将风机运行能耗降低17.2%,极大地提升了矿井通风系统的运行稳定性和可靠性。A new mine ventilation operation stability monitoring system is proposed for the shortcomings that the mine ventilation system cannot realise automatic monitoring and adjustment of the operation status and poor operation stability.Based on multi-sensor monitoring and with intlligent ventilation adjustment and fault detection as the core,it realises automatic detection and fault location of the operating status of mine ventilation fan.According to the actual application in the coal mine,the new mine ventilation monitoring system can reduce the fan operation faults by 88.4%,reduce the fan operation energy consumption by 17.2%,and greatly improve the operation stability and reliability of the mine ventilation system.
