摘 要:针对太钢不锈冷轧厂2号修磨机组在修磨钢带时产生振纹的问题,以修磨机组关键部件的维修维护为研究的着力点,研发人员历时38个月进行反复观察研究试验,将试验结果与设备多年的运行实际状况相结合,开发出一套查找振纹和控制振纹的方法,并对产生问题的设备不足之处加以改进。并且后续的推广实施验证,该方法减少了振动,降低了振纹,极大地提升了冷轧厂2号修磨机组生产抛光板的品质。Aiming at the problem of vibration pattern generated by No.2 grinding unit of TISCO Stainless Steel Cold Rolling Mill when grinding steel strip,with the repair and maintenance of key components of the grinding unit as the focus of research,the researchers and developers carried out repeated observation and research experiments over a period of 38 months,and developed a set of methods to find out the vibration pattern and control the vibration pattern by combining the results of the experiments with the actual conditions of the equipment's operation for many years and improving the inadequacies of the equipment which has generated the problem.Improvement.And the subsequent promotion and implementation of the verification,the method reduces the vibration,reduces the vibration pattern,and greatly improves the quality of the cold rolling mill No.2 regrinding unit to produce polished plate.
