摘 要:3503切眼跨度达到9.5 m、高度为4.0 m,由于顶板为破碎软岩,导致切眼掘进期间围岩控制难度较大。基于此,提出采用注浆方式加固破碎顶板,并通过全锚索方式减少顶板变形量,切眼中部通过桁架锚索进行补强加固。对3503切眼掘进、注浆及围岩支护方式等进行设计,经现场应用后,3503切眼围岩变形量整体较小,可满足采煤设备安装、通风等需要,表明现场使用的注浆加固方式及围岩支护方式效果显著。The span of the 3503 cuttings reaches 9.5 m and the height is 4.0 m.Because the roof plate is broken soft rock,it is difficult to control the surrounding rock during the cuttings.Based on this,it is proposed to reinforce the broken roof plate by grouting and reduce the deformation of the roof plate by full anchor cable,and the central part of the cut eye is reinforced by truss anchor cable.The design of 3503 cut eye excavation,grouting and perimeter rock support method,etc.After field application,the overall deformation of the perimeter rock of 3503 cut eye is small,and it can meet the needs of coal mining equipment installation,ventilation,etc.,which shows that the effect of the grouting and reinforcement method and the perimeter rock support method used in the field is remarkable.
