摘 要:为了提高薄煤层开采效率,解决单台采煤机单循环时间长、截割效率低的问题,设计通过增加综采工作面布置长度,在薄煤层采煤工作面布置2台采煤机同时截割的双采煤机开采方式。通过改变截割工艺,优化适合工艺的配套设备,提高薄煤层单一工作面的煤炭开采效率和煤炭采出量。通过对双采煤机采煤工艺的探究,以及配套采煤机、刮板输送机的研发和理论计算,结果表明:使用双采煤机的采煤效率相对于单台采煤机提升明显。In order to improve the mining efficiency of thin coal seam and solve the current situation of long single cycle time and low cutting efficiency of single coal miner,the design is to increase the length of the comprehensive mining working face,and to arrange two sets of coal miners at the same time in the thin coal seam mining face to cut the double coal miner mining method.By changing the cutting process and optimizing the supporting equipment suitable for the process,the coal mining efficiency and coal output of the single working face in thin coal seam can be improved.Through the exploration of the coal mining process of the double coal miner,as well as the research and development and theoretical calculations of the supporting coal miner and scraper conveyor,the results show that the coal mining efficiency using the double coal miner is improved significantly compared with the single coal miner.
