摘 要:313032巷服务于31301及31303采面,在采面采动压力影响下出现较大变形,难以满足煤炭高效回采需要。基于此,提出将耦合让均压支护技术应用到313032巷围岩控制中。通过耦合让压锚杆、耦合让压锚索以及W钢带、金属网等实现支护体系与围岩耦合,共同抵抗采动影响,降低围岩变形量。经现场应用后,313032巷围岩变形量大的问题得以有效解决,在31301采动后巷道顶底板、巷帮最大收敛量分别为260 mm、198 mm,巷道不需要修整即可满足使用需要。该研究成果可为后续采动影响巷道围岩控制工作开展提供经验借鉴。313032 roadway serves 31301 and 31303 mining face,under the influence of mining pressure of the mining face,there is a large deformation,it is dificult to meet the needs of efficient coal mining,based on this,it is proposed to apply the coupling let even pressure support technology to 313032 roadway perimeter rock control.Through the coupling let pressure anchor rods,coupling let pressure anchor cable,and W steel belt,metal mesh,etc.to achieve the support system and the surrounding rock coupling,joint resistance to the impact of mining,reduce the amount of deformation of the surrounding rock.After field application,the problem of large peripheral rock deformation in 313032 lane can be effectively solved,and the maximum convergence of the top and bottom plates of the roadway and the roadway gangs after mining in 31301 is 260 mm and 198 mm,respectively,and the roadway does not need to be repaired to meet the needs of the use of the roadway.The results of the study can provide experience for the subsequent work of controlling the perimeter rock of the roadway affected by mining.
