摘 要:针对寺河二号井9号煤层回风巷原支护方式存在支护面积小、移架速度慢等问题,并结合工作面地质及巷道条件,通过进行受力分析和强度校核,最终确定选用ZQH2×3400/18.5/25超前支护,并进行了工业性试验。试验结果表明,使用该支架既能有效解决单体柱存在的支护面积小的问题,又能减轻工人劳动强度、提高支护效率。Aiming at the small support area and slow moving speed of the original support method in the return-air tunnel of No.9 coal seam in No.2 well of Temple River,and combining with the geological and roadway conditions of the working face,ZQH2×3400/18.5/25 over-head support was selected by force analysis and strength checking,and industrial test was carried out.The test results surface,the use of the support,not only can effectively solve the monolithic column support area of small problems,but also can reduce the labour intensity of workers,improve the support efficiency.
