摘 要:研究低温改善剂LTS(简称LTS)在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用,并与液体丁二烯橡胶进行对比。结果表明:使用LTS的胶料的硫化特性、物理性能、动态力学性能、耐低温屈挠性能与使用液体丁二烯橡胶的胶料相当,轮胎的冰雪地制动性能相近;使用LTS替代液体丁二烯橡胶可以在保持胎面胶性能的同时降低原材料成本。The application of low-temperature performance improver LTS(referred to as LTS)in the tread compound of steel-belted radial tires was studied and compared with liquid butadiene rubber(LBR).The results showed that the vulcanization characteristics,physical properties,dynamic mechanical properties and low-temperature flex resistance of the compound using LTS were comparable to those of the compound using LBR,and the braking performance of the tire on ice and snow road was similar.Using LTS instead of LBR could reduce raw material cost while maintaining the performance of the tread compound.
