摘　　要：全面推进美丽中国建设的核心在于推进人与自然和谐共生的现代化,需要深化环境经济政策改革提供绿色发展新动力、绿色转型新动能、生态环境治理新效能,环境经济政策创新要充分发挥环境经济学学科建设的理论支撑作用,要坚持以推动生态环境质量改善、保障绿色低碳循环经济发展为目标,通过强化绿色低碳发展的政策激励,促进提供更多优质生态产品、推进绿色生态共富等谋划新阶段的新思路、新任务,科学设计环境经济政策的实施路径,为全面推进美丽中国建设提供坚实保障与关键动能。It is necessary to deepen the reform of environmental economic policy to provide new driving forces for green development,new driving forces for green transformation,and new efficiency in eco-environmental governance.Environmental economic policy innovation should fully leverage the theoretical support role of the discipline construction of environmental economics,and adhere to the goal of promoting the improvement of eco-environmental quality and ensuring the development of a green and low-carbon,and circular economy.By strengthening policy incentives for green and low-carbon development,promoting provision of more high-quality ecological products,facilitating green ecological common prosperity to plan the new ideas and tasks in the new stage,and scientifically design the implementation path of environmental economic policy,and provide solid guarantees and key driving forces for comprehensively promoting the construction of a beautiful China.
