摘  要:采用三阶段DEA模型,对中国绿色低碳技术创新效率进行测度,并结合空间相关性检验与空间计量模型,从主观与客观驱动因素两方面出发,探究绿色低碳技术创新效率的空间溢出效应及影响因素。结果显示:整体看,在剔除外部环境因素与随机变量后,中国绿色低碳技术创新效率整体均值明显提高;分区域看,中国绿色低碳技术创新效率存在显著区域空间差异,东部区域最高,东北区域最低。进一步看,中国绿色低碳技术创新效率存在显著空间依赖性及空间溢出效应,其中主观驱动因素主要为企业研发投入、科研机构研发投入、高校研发投入,客观驱动因素主要涵盖经济发展水平、城镇化水平与人力资本水平。This paper uses the three-stage DEA model to measure the innovation efficiency of green and low-carbon technologies in China.Combined with spatial correlation test and spatial econometric model,this paper explores the spatial spillover effect and influencing factors of green low-carbon technology innovation efficiency from both subjective and objective driving factors.The results show that:on the whole,after excluding external environmental factors and random variables,the overall mean value of China’s green and low-carbon technology innovation efficiency is significantly improved;From a subregional perspective,there are significant regional spatial differences in China’s green and lowcarbon technology innovation efficiency,with the highest in the eastern region and the lowest in the northeast region.Taking a further look,China’s green low-carbon technology innovation efficiency has significant spatial dependence and spatial spillover effects.The subjective driving factors are mainly R&D investment of enterprises,R&D investment of scientific research institutions and R&D investment of universities.The objective driving factors mainly include the level of economic development,urbanization and human capital.
