生产性服务业集聚与绿色低碳循环经济发展水平——基于中国省级面板数据的研究

摘　　要：基于2003—2019年中国30个省份的面板数据,构建面板回归模型、中介效应和调节效应模型,探讨生产性服务业集聚对绿色低碳循环经济发展水平的影响和作用机制,以及生产性服务业集聚对绿色低碳循环经济发展水平影响的地区异质性。结果表明:生产性服务业集聚对绿色低碳循环经济发展水平产生“U”型影响;环境规制强化了生产性服务业集聚与绿色低碳循环经济发展水平之间的“U”型曲线关系;在生产性服务业集聚作用于绿色低碳循环经济发展水平的过程中,人口集聚表现为中介效应,政府干预程度表现为遮掩效应;东部地区生产性服务业集聚对绿色低碳循环经济发展水平具有正向促进作用,在中部和西部地区作用不显著。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2003 to 2019,panel regression model,the mediation effect and regulating effect model were established to study the impact,mechanism and the regional heterogeneity of the impact of producer services agglomeration on the development level of green,low carbon and circular economy.The results show that the agglomeration of producer services has a“U”-shaped effect on the development level of green,low carbon and circular economy.Environmental regulation strengthens the“U”-shaped relationship between the agglomeration of producer services and the development level of green,low carbon and circular economy.In the process of producer services agglomeration affecting the development level of green,low carbon and circular economy,population agglomeration is an intermediary effect,and government intervention is a hiding effect.The agglomeration of producer services plays a positive role in promoting the development level of green,low carbon and circular economy in the eastern region,but not in the central and western regions.
