摘 要:以深圳市为例,研究分析城市水系统的能源消耗及其经济成本,比较分析不同水资源开发利用方式的节能潜力及经济可行性。结果发现,深圳市居民生活用水系统每年总能耗约为39.6亿度,经济总成本约为60.1亿元,其中,终端生活用水、自来水生产与供应能耗分别占比78.3%和12.0%,其经济成本分别占比47.3%和29.4%。其次,污水再生回用与雨水收集利用的单位能耗要远远低于远程调水。因此,能源消耗是城市水系统运行的主要成本来源,节约居民终端生活用水,不仅能节约终端用水本身的能耗,也能节约远程调水、生产处理及管网输送等前端环节的能耗,从而带来双重节能效果。同时,再生水回用与雨水收集利用要比远程调水更节能。Taking Shenzhen as an example,this paper studies the energy consumption and economic cost of urban water system and its subsystems,and compares the energy-saving potential and economic feasibility of different water resource utilization methods.The results found that the annual energy consumption of urban water system for residential enduse living in Shenzhen was about 3.96 billion kW·h,and its annual total economic cost was about 6.01 billion CNY.Residential end-use water and tap water production and supply accounted for 78.3%and 12.0%of the total energy consumption respectively,and covered 47.3%and 29.4%of the total economic cost.Furthermore,the unit energy consumption of sewage reuse and rainwater collection and utilization were much lower than that of remote water diversion.Therefore,the main operating cost of urban water system was derived from its energy consumption.Saving the residential living water can not only save the energy consumption of urban water end-use,but also meanwhile save the energy consumption of the front-end parts of the urban water system,such as water extraction,transportation,treatment and supply,so as to bring double energy-saving effects.Besides,the local water resource development and utilization methods such as sewage recycling and rainwater collection&utilization can save more energy than remote water diversion.
