生态视角下旅游活动的环境承载力影响及评价研究——以湖北省随州市为例

摘　　要：旅游产业的发展在产生经济效益的同时,亦对旅游开发所在地的生态环境构成一定影响。以湖北省旅游资源较丰富且新接入高铁网的随州市为例,通过建立旅游承载力评价综合指标体系,构建“自然生态空间—旅游开发环境—社会经济发展”三个维度的生态承载力综合评价模型,使用GIS空间分析,对随州市旅游环境承载力进行可视化分析与评估。结果表明:(1)随州市生态旅游的整体发展水平一般,受自然资源本底和社会经济投入影响力较大的区域集中在曾都区市域及随南地区。(2)受旅游开发环境影响较大的地区与景区分布高度相关,而受社会经济发展影响的地区则与交通设施、人口密度相关。(3)综合评价结果表明,生态良好区域的旅游开发对生态承载力不会造成较高影响;生态较弱且经济投入较大的区域,生态承载力受到的影响较大。最后,从国土空间开发和旅游管理两个方面提出应采取差异化开发模式,实现旅游产业的因地制宜发展。The development of the tourism industry has promoted the improvement of economic benefits and also had a certain impact on the ecological environment of the place where tourism development is developed.Taking Suizhou City,Hubei Province as an example,by constructing a comprehensive evaluation model of ecological carrying capacity in three dimensions:“natural ecological space,tourism development environment and social and economic development”,the research establishes a comprehensive index system for the evaluation of the carrying capacity of scientific and reasonable ecotourism.GIS spatial superposition is used to visually analyze and evaluate the environmental carrying capacity of ecotourism in Suizhou.The research results show that:(1)The overall level of ecotourism development in Suizhou is general,and the areas affected by the natural resource base and social and economic inputs are concentrated in Zengdu District and Suinan District.(2)The areas affected by tourism development environment are highly correlated with the distribution of scenic spots,while the areas affected by social and economic development are correlated with transportation facilities and population density.(3)The comprehensive evaluation results show that tourism development in the ecologically sound areas has no significant impact on ecological carrying capacity.Finally,the author puts forward that differentiated development mode should be adopted to realize the development of tourism industry according to local conditions.
