摘　　要：总结1例经历2次氧合器更换的81d体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)治疗患者的护理经验。护理要点包括建立氧合器更换的操作流程,准确判断氧合器效用,做好氧合器功能的维护与出血护理。患者ECMO治疗81d,经治疗和护理,成功撤除ECMO,病情好转出院。This report summarises the experience in nursing care of a patient who underwent extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)for 81 days with two replacements of membrane oxygenator.The key nursing care included the establishment of an operational procedure for the replacement of membrane oxygenator,evaluation of the efficacy of membrane oxygenator,maintenance of the function of membrane oxygenator and bleeding care.After 81 days of ECMO treatment and nursing care,the ECMO was successfully withdrawn and the patient was discharged from the hospital in a good condition.
