围手术期口渴不适量表的汉化及其在麻醉复苏室患者中的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的汉化围手术期口渴不适量表(perioperative thirst discomfort scale,PTDS),并检验其在我国麻醉复苏室患者中的信度与效度。方法通过Brislin翻译模型翻译原量表,根据跨文化调试和预调查修订量表内容,形成中文版PTDS。采用便利抽样法选取武汉市某三级甲等综合医院3个院区共392例麻醉复苏室的患者进行测试,检验量表信效度。结果该量表共5个条目,探索性因子分析提取1个公因子,累计方差贡献率为73.089%。量表的Cronbachα系数为0.907,折半信度为0.920。量表水平的内容效度为0.933,条目水平的内容效度为0.833~1.000,与患者口渴程度数字评定量表比较,校标关联效度为0.833(P<0.001)。结论中文版围手术期口渴不适量表在麻醉复苏室患者中信效度良好,对评估我国麻醉恢复室患者的口渴程度具有实用性和推广意义。Objective To translate the perioperative thirst discomfort scale(PTDS)into Chinese and further evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version PTDS on the patients in post-anaesthesia care.Methods The PTDS was firstly translated into Chinese based on the Brislin translation model,cross-cultural adaptation and pre-investigation.A total of 392 patients during the anaesthesia recovery in 3 wards of our hospital were selected to engage a study on evaluation of the reliability and validity of the translated Chinese version of PTDS.Results The Chinese version of PTDS(PTDS-CHN)consisted of 5 items.One common factor was extracted by exploratory factor analysis,which contributed to 73.089%of the variance.The total Cronbach coefficient of the scale was 0.907,and the split-half reliability was 0.920.The content validity of the PTDS-CHN was 0.933,the content validity of the item level was 0.833-1.000,and the criterion validity was 0.833 compared with the numerical rating scale(NRS)(P<0.001).Conclusions The translated PTDS�CHN has a good reliability and validity in the patients under post-anaesthesia recovery.It is practical and with significance in evaluation of the thirst in patients under post-anaesthesia care.
