摘　　要：为研究不同产地初加工方法对滇龙胆品质的影响。对药材分别进行不同条件的清洗、修剪、干燥处理,采用HPLC法测定龙胆苦苷含量,烘干法测定水分含量,总灰分测定法测定灰分含量,热浸法测定水溶性浸出物含量。结果显示,所有处理条件下,滇龙胆药材的龙胆苦苷、水分、灰分、浸出物含量均达到药典规定,清洗处理快洗与浸泡2 h,修剪处理保留2 cm芦头,干燥处理烘箱60℃冻干条件下,样品中的龙胆苦苷含量最高。可考虑将修剪保留2 cm芦头后浸泡2 h清洗擦干、烘箱60℃烘干作为滇龙胆产地初加工的标准处理方式。The effects of primary processing methods in different origins on the quality of Gentiana rigescens were studied.The medicinal materials were cleaned,trimmed and dried under different conditions.The content of gentiopicroside was determined by HPLC,the moisture content was determined by drying method,the ash content was determined by total ash determination,and the content of water-soluble extracts was determined by hot soaking method.The results showed that under all treatment conditions,the contents of gentiopicroside,moisture,ash,and extract of G.rigescens medicinal materials all meet the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia.The cleaning treatment was quick-washing and soaking for 2 h,the pruning treatment was to retain 2 cm of stem segments,and the drying treatment oven was freeze-dried at 60℃,the highest content of gentiopicroside in the sample.Pruning and retaining 2 cm stem section,soaking for 2 h,drying in oven at 60℃was the best initial processing method of G.rigescens.
