光催化水还原4-氯硝基苯制备4,4′-二氯氧化偶氮苯

摘  要:以便宜无毒的水为还原剂,实现了4-氯硝基苯的还原,发展了1种合成4,4′-二氯氧化偶氮苯的绿色方法。反应在光照和无催化剂条件下进行,避免了传统工艺中加热和污染性还原剂及催化剂的使用。研究了多种条件对反应的影响.结果表明:1,4-二氧六环是最佳溶剂;在光功率和波长分别为75 W和365 nm时,目标产物的产率最高,达到92%。Cheap and non-toxic water was,for the first time,used as the reducing agent to enable the reduction of 4-chloronitrobenzene,which provided a new and green method for the synthesis of 4,4′-dichloroazoxybenzene.Moreover,the reaction is carried out under light-free and catalyst-free conditions,avoiding the heating and the use of polluting reductants and catalysts in traditional processes.Effects of various conditions on the reaction were studied,and the results showed that 1,4-dioxane was the optimal solvent.When the optical power and wavelength were 75 W and 365 nm,respectively,the target product was obtained in the highest yield(92%).The results from isotope-labeling experiments suggested that water molecules were converted into pollution-free oxygen after playing their role as reductants.
