摘 要:家庭第一代大学生参与课外活动等高影响力活动不足,不利于一代大学生弥补先赋的隐性结构缺陷。基于对家庭第一代大学生的问卷调查发现,家庭第一代大学生参与最多的是思想成长类和社会服务类活动,参与最少的为学术科技类和创新创业类活动。虽然一代大学生在参与课外活动过程中的地位较低、互动频率较低,但在参与活动之后的处事水平和情绪管理能力能够得到提高。学校类型、学习成绩和家庭背景会在不同程度上影响一代大学生参与活动的类型、参与后变化程度、课外活动资源评估情况、社交程度和地位高低。The lack of participation in high-impact activities such as extracurricular activities by the first-generation college students is not conducive to a generation of college students who can compensate for the im-plicit structural deficiencies that are innate.Based on the questionnaire survey of the first-generation college students of families,it is found that the first-generation college students are most involved in ideological growth and social service activities,and the least involved in academic science and technology and innovation and entre-preneurship activities.Although the first-generation college students have lower status and less frequent interac-tion in the process of participating in extracurricular activities,they can improve their level of handling and emo-tional management ability after participating in the activities.The type of school,academic performance and fam-ily background can affect the type of activities,the degree of post-participation changes,the assessment of extra-curricular resources,the degree of socialization and the status of the generation of college students to different de-grees.
