文化育警视角下公安院校专业社团建设探索

摘　　要：公安院校专业社团是公安院校校园文化的重要组成部分,具有培养警察职业意识、创新意识、团队意识的文化育警功能。当前,公安院校专业社团的发展面临缺少合理的顶层设计和前沿的发展理念、思想政治教育功能没有充分发挥、缺乏过程管理、相关激励保障机制尚不健全等困境。新形势下,公安院校要从坚定不移地坚持正确政治方向、推进社团组织改革、运用大数据做好社团建设成果跟踪和量化考评、走特色化发展道路、严格各项要求等方面增强专业社团的文化育警功能,为公安队伍培养更多卓越人才。Professional associations are an important part of the campus culture in police colleges,and have the function of cultivating sense of police professional awareness,innovation and teamwork.At present,the development of professional associations in police colleges is faced with difficulties such as the shortage of reasonable top-level design,cutting-edge development concept,incomplete full play of ideological and political education functions,lack of process management,and inadequate incentive and guarantee mechanisms.In the new era,police colleges should enhance the function of professional associations in police cultural education in terms of unswervingly adhering to the correct political direction,promoting the reform of association organization,using big data to track and evaluate association construction results,taking the path of characteristic development,and strict requirements,so as to cultivate more outstanding talents for the public security team.
