摘 要:实战化教学是公安院校重要的教学手段,是“教、学、练、战、研”的重要组成部分,能够促进教学相长。然而,当前的警犬技术专业实战化教学中存在着教学目标定位低、教学内容脱离警犬工作实际、实战化教学严重缺失、教学主体公安工作经验不足、教学团队缺乏梯队建设等方面的问题。要加强警犬技术专业实战化教学工作,应当优化警犬技术专业人才培养方案,遵循“开发课程—构建实战内容体系—编写特色教材—构建实战场景”的思路进行实战化教学改革,并据此加强实战化教学师资队伍建设工作。Practical teaching is an important teaching means in public security colleges,and an important part of“teaching,learning,practice,fighting and researching”,which can promote the growth of both teaching and learning.However,the current professional practical teaching of canine technology has the problems of low positioning of teaching objectives,detachment of teaching content from the actual work of canine,serious inadequate practical teaching,insufficient experience of public security work of teachers and lack of echelon construction of the teaching team.In order to enhance the practical teaching of canine technology,its training programs should be optimized and then followed the principle of“developing curriculum,constructing practical content system,compiling characteristic teaching materials,building practical scenarios”to carry out practical teaching reform,in addition,the construction of practical teaching staff should be strengthened accordingly.
