摘　　要：永卓控股旗下的永钢集团冶金尘泥循环利用绿色智能工厂使用5G、工业互联网、大数据等技术改善了传统的大体量、粗放式、弱研发、轻环保的管理模式,实现了生产集控化、安环可视化、作业无人化、点检智能化、协同高效化、管理智慧化,将工厂打造成高度信息化和智能化的“黑灯工厂”。The green intelligent factory for metallurgical dust and mud recycling is owned by Everrising Holdings’Yonggang Group.By using technologies such as 5G,Industrial Internet,and big data,the factory has improved the traditional large-scale and extensive management mode which has weak research and development abilities and ignores environmental protection.It has also achieved centralized control of production,security visualization,unmanned operation,intelligent spot inspection,efficient cooperation,and intelligent management.And it has transformed into a highly informationized and intelligent“dark factory”.
