摘 要:视网膜缺血再灌注会对人视网膜神经元造成重大的损伤,且现有干预措施疗效甚微。铁死亡是一种细胞程序性死亡,参与全身多个器官缺血再灌注的过程。本文对铁死亡理论的研究进展进行综述,发现其参与了视网膜缺血再灌注损伤的发生发展,铁死亡抑制剂可以保护视网膜损伤,但铁死亡相关机制研究如诱发途径的文献报道较少,尚处于萌芽阶段。中药在治疗视网膜缺血再灌注中具有多靶点、多通路的优势,可通过抑制铁死亡来干预视网膜缺血再灌注损伤。本文通过总结铁死亡在视网膜缺血再灌注损伤的作用,并分析相关的中药药理机制,可为临床治疗和药物研发提供新的思路。Retinal ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)inflicts significant damage to retinal neurons,and current intervention measures show minimal efficacy.Ferroptosis,a form of regulated cell death,plays a role in the process of systemic I/R in multiple organs.This article provides a review of the research progress on the theory of ferroptosis,discovering its involvement in the occurrence and development of retinal I/R injury.Inhibition of ferroptosis can protect against retinal damage.However,the literature on ferroptosis-related mechanisms,such as the pathways involved,is limited and in its early stages.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has the advantage of targeting multiple pathways,making it suitable for treating retinal I/R injury by intervening in ferroptosis.By summarizing the role of ferroptosis in retinal I/R injury and analyzing the pharmacological mechanisms of related Chinese medicines,this article provides new insights for clinical treatment and medicine development.
