摘 要:文章使用物探无损检测、压水试验以及钻孔取芯等方法,对松花江干流丰满水电站的水工隧洞混凝土裂缝冬季低温灌浆质量进行检查。结果表明:采用环氧树脂钻孔灌浆法能够有效处理D类贯穿性裂缝和C类深层裂缝,裂缝处理质量较高;裂缝处理时应选择合适的环境温度,低温季节施工时不宜超过5~20℃;为保证裂缝处理的可控性,必须做好各工序及全过程控制工作。In this paper,the low temperature grouting quality of concrete cracks in hydraulic tunnel of Fengman Hydropower Station in Songhua River is checked by means of geophysical nondestructive testing,water pressure test and drilling core.The results show that class D penetrating cracks and class C deep cracks can be effectively treated by using epoxy resin drilling and grouting method,and the quality of crack treatment is high.Crack treatment should choose the appropriate environmental temperature,low temperature season construction should not exceed 5~20℃.In order to ensure the controllability of crack treatment,it is necessary to do a good job in each process and the whole process control.
