摘　　要：文章叙述了将光波器件与电路推广应用,内容包括信号的产生、变频等器件与电路,用来实现太赫兹发射、接收机的原理,最后给出了应用举例。In this paper,the principle of extending the application of optical wave-devices and circuits,including signal generation,frequency conversion and other devices and circuits,to realize terahertz transmitters and receivers is described,and finally,example of applications is given.
