摘  要:针对PLC自动化调试易受异步通信复杂性影响,导致压力仪表检定误差较高的问题,文章提出了一种基于串口通信的压力仪表PLC自动化调试方法。利用串口通信获取连续串行数据,通过搭建压力仪表PLC自动化调试台,设计压力仪表自动调试装置,实现压力仪表PLC自动化调试。实验结果表明,该方法调试效果较好,调试后的检定误差较低,有一定的应用价值,对降低压力仪表的使用风险具有一定参考价值。Aiming at the problem that PLC automatic debugging is easily affected by the complexity of Asynchronous communication,which leads to high calibration error of pressure instruments,this paper designs a PLC automatic debugging technology for pressure instruments based on serial communication.By using serial communication to obtain continuous serial data,a pressure instrument PLC automatic debugging platform is established,and a pressure instrument automatic debugging device is designed to achieve pressure instrument PLC automatic debugging.The experimental results show that the proposed technology has good debugging effect and low calibration error after debugging,which has certain application value and reference value for reducing the risk of using pressure instruments.
