摘　　要：食品相关产品的质量和安全与消费者身体健康密切相关,食品用塑料包装、容器、工具等制品生产企业在江西省食品相关产品企业中占比最大。本文基于江西省食品相关产品质量提升行动,对食品用塑料包装、容器、工具等制品生产企业存在的问题进行分析,并提出对策,以期为食品相关产品生产企业产品质量提升和生产管理提供参考。The quality and safety of food-related products is closely related to the immediate interests of consumers as food,and the enterprises of plastic packaging food containers,tools and other products account for a large proportion of food-related enterprises in Jiangxi province.This paper is based on the food-related product quality improvement action in Jiangxi province,the problems found in the enterprises of plastic food packaging,containers,tools and other products were analyzed and countermeasures putted forward,with a view to provide a reference in improving the quality of products and production management for enterprises.
